Week 47

Hello all

Not bad this week. We are still struggling to find new investigators. We have 4 scheduled baptisms this month within our zone. We hope they don't all fall through. Marie is our date for March 11. She is older and is getting surgery and needs time to recover. 

February is the hottest month in Australia. Looking forward to get this month over with. The new schedule for us throws us off a little. I guess the first presidency wants to give us more agency. We have more time to do things.

Week 46

Hello all

This week was a little interesting. Just getting to know the ward and the investigators. I didn't know many of them, but this next week should be good. I will be able to contribute to the lessons. One of the investigators, Stacey, was scheduled to be baptized this week, but after teaching her the Word of Wisdom, a few days later she told us she didn't want to meet with us anymore. We think her fears got the best of her. It was disappointing but we will find others. Our ward has many old members so a lot of them are free so we were able to get a lot of member presents.
